Disabled veteran who had a community care consult for a Jenniffer Goodwin, which is the parent CEO of this buisness. This office refuses to respond to any messages left by either the veteran or the Veterans Administration. After 10 attempts spanning several days, I was able to reach someone at their front office today. This persons stated they never received any form of consult from the VA. I informed them that the VA sent a consult to them, left messages twice, as well as I have left 2 messages without any return response. The female person at the front desk stated, "I don't know what to tell you." I politely asked if she could contact the VA to get the consult and she rudely interrupted me and said no, and that I was being rude and wouldn't schedule me for her office. First off, I was polite through the whole call. Second of all, for someone that is supposed to take veterans and work with veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, they should be able to handle a firm, yet polite phone call. I would strongly suggest that all persons trying to connect with this therapist seek care else where if this is how they respond to veterans who desperately need care.

Zero stars isn’t an option. Jennifer Goodwin and her business have been investigated for poor business practices to include losing required records, causing one to re-do services which leads to paying the business more money and unnecessarily utilize their resources due to the businesses unprofessionalism, greed and need for power and control over people seeking assistance. Do your research spanning a couple of decades about her and her business. The level of unprofessionalism from the front desk staff and the owner, Jennifer is impressive. DO NOT UTILIZE JENNIFER GOODWIN FOR SERVICES. *note - the last review listed was from 2 yrs ago and others before are few despite seeing hundreds of clients, many who were dissatisfied. The only positive comment is that some of the therapists over the years were wonderful and honored the oath of helping people in need unlike Jennifer.

Bill is AWESOME and seems to be the only one to care about your treatment. The front counter people (specifically Derrick) are AWFUL. That is really what made this place horrible. Too bad Bill can't go somewhere else!
