Bill is AWESOME and seems to be the only one to care about your treatment. The front counter people (specifically Derrick) are AWFUL. That is really what made this place horrible. Too bad Bill can't go somewhere else!

Just wanted to point out that Bill cares immensely about the clients that come through the treatment process. I have learned a great deal and grown very much in the last year with him. If you ever need counseling, I would strongly recommend him.
