Hi my name is John Jones, and I just want to thank Olive Branch Mission for their services! During my stay here I have had no problems or concerns. Every question I had was answered and the staff is very helpful! All you have to do is your part! And the rest will be taking care of! I will recommend Olive Branch Mission to anyone in need of a place to stay and meals until you get on your feet! God Bless Olive Branch!!!

If I could give this place zero stars that would be more of the truth. This place is unsanitary and unsafe for families with children. Men tend to roam the women and children dorm during the day. There is no privacy and your belongings will get stolen if unattended. Staff is rude and messy, as they tend to flirt with the clients, case managers seem to never ever resolve any issues or have any kind of help or support to offer. This place is messy and very dangerous. Please keep an eye on your kids if you have to be here!

I am 62 years old and just wanted to speak on the professionalism of your staff here at Olive Branch on 123rd st. Olive Branch has beenan exceptional experience and it's credited to your staff. Since coming here, I have watch your staff interact with clients and I was very surprised to see how well they handle them. I have observe the staff as nothing but professional,fair and most of all they run a tight ship. The structure is the one thing that I admire the most.I like the fact that the staff doesn't allow them to run in and out just to smoke. The rules are strictly enforced and is done in a professional and respectful way, which is what most of us need. All levels of your staff from security to the house managers to the kitchen, and lastly the case manager has been nothing but exceptional. I am extremely happy 😊 right now because I spoke with case manager Ms.Mitchell, where we had a pleasent conversation. Ms Michelle gave me housing information that made me very happy because I can afford it on my income. My plan is to be living in my own place by the end of the month.
