Northwest Church

Incredible place. I came from a larger church, searching for a greater sense of community. And boy did I find it. The number of every day, "normal" people is astounding. A lot of churches tout "everybody has a past and youre welcome here in spite of it" but this church lives it. Not only are you welcome in spite of your past, but you are welcomed BECAUSE of it. I have never felt more at home with people I am still learning about. I am a big introvert, not feeling comfortable in a lot of places. But here, I belong. I only wish I had forgone my apprehension of leaving what was "comfortable" sooner, to find this place which is even greater a comfort, but also a body of believers that are constantly challenging each other to be uncomfortable in order to grow. And sunday service is just the cherry on top. The amazing part about this church is how they interact and commune during the week, and live out the faith in their daily lives, willing to help someone they just met without a second thought. Thank you to everyone who works to make this place the way it is!

This church has become home for me. I met my husband here and now our kids are hearing the gospel, are cared for, and shown the love of Christ in kids church/nursery. It’s welcoming and inclusive — I can't walk in and out of the place without being greeted. Super easy to get connected, no matter your background. Online is wonderful as well — a solid way to stay engaged on a Sunday morning even if I'm not able to make it in-person. Sound, biblical teaching preached week after week.

I absolutely love Northwest Church! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and at home. The people here are so kind and genuine—it truly feels like a family. The worship is powerful, and the messages always seem to speak right to my heart. Since coming here, I’ve not only grown in my faith, but I’ve also met some of my best friends—people who encourage me, pray for me, and truly do life with me. If you’re looking for a church where you can grow spiritually and build real, lasting friendships, I can’t recommend Northwest Church enough!
