They don't return calls. Which is sad because people in need reach out for help and because some have housing emergencies so are counting on support from agencies like this

This organization is in the heart of a homeless epidemic. I have to clean up pipes and detritus every day at work only a block away. Ineffective, just like the police. This is a huge problem in the neighborhood. How do we fix it????
