I'm convinced that the people who came here didn't do their research based on their poor reviews. Their site clearly lists their medical services available. NO WHERE does it say they give plan B or birth control. I went here because I was just looking to confirm my pregnancy which is what they offer. Sharon was so sweet and amazing and down to earth. Usually nurses and their high horse attitudes make me nervous but Sharon was so real and so open and made me feel so comfortable to be there. She also gave so much great information and resources. I think some of you may have had selective hearing during your visit. I'd definitely return to this facility and recommend it to others.

The Northfield Women's Center should not be confused with the Northfield Women's Health Center. It is NOT a medical institution and it does not provide accurate information about the full range of options for a woman with an unwanted pregnancy. They intentionally provide false and misleading information about the safety and efficacy of abortion and birth control specifically, and they do not offer Plan B. If you are seeking information about any of these options, Northfield Women's Center is not the place to go. Please inform yourself and be cautious!

The Northfield Women’s Center is a free (100% free!) resource to women. The Northfield Women’s Center is clear about what services they do and do not offer. On their website, they clearly say that they offer: pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and STD testing AND treatment. Ultrasounds are important in order to gain accurate information about the pregnancy such as viability, gestational age, whether or not it is ectopic, etc. The website says “During your appointment, we will discuss parenting, abortion and adoption, while also discussing your concerns and answering any questions you may have about your next steps. We are here to empower you to make an informed decision regarding your pregnancy.” While it is true that they do not offer abortion, which is clear from their website, they do not coerce a women into any decision. They truly want the woman to be able to make an informed decision.
