Although some of the staff are extremely professional, I experience that the couple therapist can be very confrontational, insensitive, and biased. The couple sessions are unbalanced, and they will stand on unreasonable beliefs and stay strictly on the surface. There is no accountability and healing and I advise anyone to check their assigned therapist's credentials and experience before letting someone experiment on you and your loved one.

Our counselor came across as arrogant and a know it all. We experienced a complete lack of communication and professionalism from the office staff when trying to get our claims filed for insurance reimbursement. I sent many emails with no response, called their office and left messages with no response, and eventually had to escalate within our insurance to get anything taken care of. Do not recommend working with them.
