Left a voice-mail and received a call back from friendly and professional staff. Visited office and staff were friendly and professional. Folks were informative and helpful. Thank you!

This place is terrible all it’s about is money. My husband is psycho schizophrenia they would not help him they sent him home after the 72 hours because he doesn’t have Medicaid or anything insurance my dad goes in for threatening to kill himself one time his whole life and they court order and want to keep him because he is a Medicaid it’s just about the money

"Crisis Hotline" phone service is slow and unresponsive. Over 24 hours since I called and I'm still waiting for somebody to call me back. I called back 4 times to see why there had been no call yet and each time the phone system put me on hold and then hung up on me. Don't call it a crisis hotline if you aren't going to take it seriously.

Inpatient was not a good experience. I received only 2 hours of therapy while I was inpatient for 5 days. Their outpatient therapy program is wonderful I would recommend that to everyone.
