I honestly do not understand all of the low ratings on this organization. They are in my honest opinion, one of the most organized agencies of any that I have dealt with in Texas. I brought my grandson up here from down in A more southern area of Texas, who would do nothing for him. I called these people late on a Thursday afternoon and by Monday my grandson had three evaluations. This place is run like a well oiled machine, and if they cannot help you, they will put you through to someone who can. I was given support numbers in case I had issues and every time I called someone I was called back. I cannot sing their praises enough for the help that they have given me in only one week And will be continuing to help me.❤️❤️
