If you need help, please trust these people. They will NOT let you down. You will not be left out on the street. Sometimes violent crime is bruises and visible injuries. Sometimes it's not. New Orleans Family Justice Center can help you. Please get there safely.

No support for victims of verbal and emotional abuse,You have to be a victim of physical abuse, otherwise you wouldn't be considered a supporter. If only they knew how emotional abuse destroys you, they would understand. It's worse than a physical blow; emotional abuse destroys you day after day, and the scars are never erased from your life.
