Horrible place completely racist will tell everyone about your personal business even non workers they kicked me out because I felt I was being racially profiled they laughed in my face and told me they as white women dealt with racism more which is comical I had a panic attack and was throwing up in a room with the door shut with only one worker who was helping me another came in and said esaid I was being violent and to just call the cops even tho I was hyperventilating and called the cops they left me and my 2 year old daughter on the street after that at about 11pm at night if you are a person of color don’t go here if you don’t want your private life told to anyone don’t go here if you don’t wanna be left on the street with a child because of having a panic attack don’t go here

worst shelter i’ve ever dealt with. called to try to give an update on my service hours and was told to not reach out about it… very dumb workers who are there to sleep during the night vs dealing with .. doing what they’re there to do… if you’re a woman seeking help this is not the place! they do not care. reach out to programs with good workers, this isn’t a safe space for you!

horrible shelter.. i asked for help and they refused me on the spot would not allow me to explain my situation. used a fake name then they were able to help. once i made it in the shelter was judge by the way i look and the color of my skin. staff were rude they wont give a person time to get to know them the are judgmental and racist. the food pantry is a mess and have little food to help provide others. other staff seem like they are on some kind of pills. this shelter does not even deserve a star at all horrible place..
