Never received the help for the call back from it and I'm lost because I am about to be evicted out of my home so you were no help to me at all 😭😤😤

Upon contacting the Neighborhood Legal Services Office months ago, I was given all the information needed to process my documents. Ms Shar G. was very professional and guided me every step of the way by providing information, instructions until the process was complete. I appreciate the time, support and dedication while going through this matter. I would recommend this office and Ms Shar G.

Worse service and tenant experience. Three new case managers within first 2 months of lease without communication or notifying tenant or landlord. Tenant requested new case manager before eviction which would have been four. Low quality tenant caused major damages to home. Case manager defended tenant instead of viewing reports as counseling opportunity to be a better tenant and mother. My suggestion would be to hire qualified case managers with proven experience but most importantly, to respect the Landlords and homeowners because we support your business.
