IF YOU ARE A LANDLORD DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE FROM NEIGHBORHHOD LEGAL SERVICES!!!! This company is horrible and does not hold their clients accountable. I had a beautiful remodeled home and allowed a client to move in. A few months later I find out the house caught fire and the tenant moved out without notifying us at all. Her case worker called me and told me about the situation a month after. A MONTH AFTER!!!! Leaving my house open to the elements and unsecure. The tenant's number on file is not working so when I asked if I can have the number they reached her at they told me they could not give it to me. Really? And they are issuing her another packet to go to another home. STAY AWAY!!!!! YOU WILL THANK ME!!!!!

Not to positive I've been working with them for about 5-6 years and I worked with several people from there to find that they're very lazy continuously trying to shuffle their jobs to someone else and I don't care if you're talking to a manager or the director there you're probably still not going to get nothing accomplished so good luck so whoever and I feel like maybe my lawyer is going to have to handle it from now on..

Everything automated now you can’t just talk to a human to beat help you. They take you threw so many loops if your looking for help like I did just pay for a lawyer I’m not sure how to obtain a public defense at all. Here you’ll be asked to spend $25 bucks for a 30 minute consolation and they’ll pretty much tell you things you already knew
