Nashville Cares

I recently had to change my insurance plan. The provider and pharmacy I have used for PREP is no longer in network. I searched the internet trying to figure out how to solve the problem, and realized quickly how big of a mess the healthcare system really is. I came across Nashville Cares online and decided to give them a call thinking maybe they would have some information. I was put in touch with Ronellis, a very knowledgeable individual. Ronellis got me in touch with all the right people and helped me connect the dots. It didn't take much time at all to get it sorted out. I am very grateful for the help Nashville Cares provided at no cost to me.

I love this place. This time they went above & beyond to accommodate me. I came in for choice pantry & forgot I missed an appointment months ago so I needed to update my paperwork within a couple weeks but because of work I need to give 30 days advanced notice for my day off during the week. They still provided me services & made my appointment for me. I just wish I could participate in more here but my work schedule doesn't allow it.

Not sure what to put... I'm waiting for some staff to contact me. Was looking for help concerning certain matters but never got a reply.. Asked a few times but still no reply... Friendly when entered but after initial consult really have no contact from anyone... Would've been nice doing business with them but only ask for help so much before giving up...
