Did not attend us we had to call to another one

Ofelia was the absolute worst social worker I've ever encountered she would say she sent out referrals and didn't always had documents missing the night before we had to leave she gave us the letters we needed a week before to get into another shelter then she moved all my belongings into her car I am now missing money and several belongings of mine as i didn't even touch any of them she threw them into her her car and then left me and my newborn at a dairy queen and threw all our belongings there as well so thanks to her we now have even less this organization did not help at all i had to look for everything by myself or i would be homeless

Please don't hesitate on coming here to get help, it's one of the best choices and things you can do for yourself and family. I came here with empty hands and full of fear, and left with all the help I needed, guidance, lifted shoulders and with new friends aka Guides to help me with anything I need.
