What this place does for women is a great thing - I want to start with that. Everybody has told me for some time to bring donatable clothing to them and today, I finally did, at about 2 pm. For us, this is a bit out of the way but not way out - I saw airport rd & thought it was out by the airport. I thought wrong. It's like 2 miles out of downtown. There was 1 buggy for donatables, and it was 3/4 full with a lady filling it up. I brought 3 - 55 gallon drum liners of clothes, so I hit the "call" button to ask for something else as the bags were 50lbs+. The girl who came out was sweet & prompt, but a little forethought on the area might go a long way for those at a higher managerial spot. No joke, my bags were heavy and I should've split into 5 or 6, but the lot is narrow & there is no parallel drop off spot to keep from lugging donations across the lot. All in all, it was a positive experience, but whoever runs this place should maybe think of a drive-through drop spot that is capable of handling more than a single hatch back can carry...

The supervisor Tanya targets you, she sends staff to rummage through the trash in rooms and find reasons to put you out. They tell you not to engage with problematic clients but don't help you in staying safe! Some of the people here antagonize you, those antagonizing ppl are protected by Tonya. The good made me really sick
