I was trying to help my friend - I called this place. I can not explain the amount of help the woman over the phone gave me. Stephanie answered the phone she is incredible.

man oh MAN, could REALLY say a LOT about this organization 😬😬😬 I'll just say right here right NOW, it was a HUGE setback for me PERSONALLY in MANY ways to believe that this organization does what they say they will do for WOMEN. Or for just, ABUSED individuals in general. I guess they can't 100% call themselves a WOMENS shelter. I kinda thought thats what it was. I would second the other terrible reviews if I didnt actually know the answer: "WHO do these people actually HELP?" 😉 I COULD say more. Not worth it on just the reviews. I'm not AFRAID of the people running this organization AT ALL. SUUUURE, they can accuse me of Slander or making stuff up lol, that'll just draw more unwanted attention to the organization. 🤣 THIS REVIEW is purely from the standpoint of a FEMALE assigned at BIRTH that plans on STAYING THAT WAY that REALLY needed HELP as a PARTICIPANT with a COMPLEX story of a LONG line of abuse. They know that. I know why they're so unprofessional and underqualified. NOT able to TAKE ON any kind of complexity at all. Which means NO ONE can get help. I think EVERY situation IS complex. They must not HAVE any EMPATHY. I'm not afraid of this organization.🥰 Would outreach like to call me back now about why my services ended so abruptly?! With no warning?! Drove me back to a dangerous situation instead?! I'll still answer the phone ! 💖

Called for help and turned away and not very helpful at all. Wanted to give 0 stars. No referrals given and and not helpful at all. God forbid if my abuser was trying to kill me they refused to assist me. I swear they didn't wanna help!
