They did absolutely nothing to help. They sent me over to Volunteer Lawyers Project who sent me back to MetroWest who now says, “Well, if you need help after October 13th call us back.” For what exactly? So you can give me the run around again? Am I going to magically get representation while I’m on the wild goose chase you sent me on? Thanks for trying to make sure to have me run out of time to appeal my disability case. Was that your motive? Well, now I intend on contacting you daily until you actually DO YOUR DAMN JOB and ADVOCATE!

Updated Review – MetroWest Legal Services MetroWest Legal is the only legal aid option in my area. Despite meeting eligibility requirements, I’ve been denied help—specifically by Brett from their office. At a recent court date, I watched two MetroWest attorneys actively represent multiple tenants while I had no representation. It’s unclear why others received full support while I wasn’t even offered a consultation. Being denied help without explanation, especially when no other legal aid options exist, is frustrating and disheartening.

I had Attorney Jennings who had no clue what she was doing with Social Security. She seemed to be siding with all they said and focused on how I did my taxes. In fact I was audited by irs and recieved my full refund. so my taxes were done correctky. Her advice was unprofessional and her focus was not on the problem at hand but she kept diverting from the problem at hand. I would not recommend her to anyone unless you plan on doing a lawyers job for them. Such a disappointment.
