Good luck with assistance,I filled out an application out last year around October to get some assistance not to ever hear back from anyone, tried calling only to receive an automated message. Unless you have a collage degree the application process is very difficult, they ask you for information such as past 12 months of previous electric bill which I don’t have because I haven’t had service that long, which is probably why they ghosted me. Just another agency that receives federal money to line their own pockets.

Now if you can do it online great but for those who cant. login or remember password s ............. getting a ride out there were is not no longer convenient to get there and see 2 security guards.sitting talking, joking and eating candy.While the girls are sitting at the desk, eating food talking playing, but refusing to help you fill out your application.Want you to do everything by yourself .Even though you're lost and confused. We will help you, they say, upload everything online, then. They help you 3 times we have been out there and the lights have not still been paid saying there's papers that we haven't loaded . But on this last go round, the lady did it herself. Why do I have to go back after I can not do this by myself? All this staff is in the building, but not doing anything to help us, no1 has money to keep running back out there, we didn't have money to pay the light bill. While they're all there, if they're doing nothing who needs 2 security guards for people who are not even helping people anymore, it's a lot of people getting paid, for nothing. They all got coffee cups while lookin bored you're there to help us help us too many workers and not enough help. It never took long when we could sit at the desk 5min.. yes there would be alot of people but it was done correctly ....
