Honestly, my experience was typical for what you’d expect. Until the very end. Detective Kelley giving me advice to try harder for “next time” really has been hard for me to get over. I have very little trust in the system and being told that “next time” I have to say no better was really not the way to end my experience. Insinuating there will be a next time and that what I did wasn’t good enough is absolutely wrong especially to say that to someone after going through what I did. This is the second experience I’ve had with this place that was extremely disappointing and hurtful, and felt like my situation was just that. Just another situation where a girl didn’t say no well enough in their eyes and it’s not worth pursuing. Therefore two men who have taken advantage of me and I spoke up and trusted in this place are roaming around because of my “next time”. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Unless your “case” is solid. They won’t pursue as it’s just a “next time” for them.
