I've been calling since I got out of prison in 2022. Left multiple voice mails. Multiple messages. This is the last program I need to get off paper and I can't even talk to a single person. I work 60 feet from the building and never seen them open. They are getting a paycheck from our State and they can't even open at there posted hours.

The lady running this place is completely unprofessional talks to people with a terrible attitude and tone and treats those who attend class as if they are beneath her, she's extremely Condescending and caniving she also flat out lies about situations. Told her entire class a complete lie while bad mouthing a person attending the class not realizing they were in her class at that moment. How they have a person like this? Running those classes is absurd she is not someone who has any business is her position and could use some severe angermanagement and counseling herself. She uses her position and gets off on messing with people and their lives. How in the world could they let someone like that do what she does ?she's probably destroyed more lives then helping in any kind of way.

If you have other options stay away from Denise. She was annoyed that my camera was off so she said I needed to send her my intake papers again, for the 3rd time. After I sent them she took my money and told me that she would send me to collections for the rest of the classes that she would not provide because I asked her if there was anything else she needed. She abuses her position and for someone teaching the classes she does, she has no patience. If you take her classes all it really is is her showing old videos! Nothing learned! If she decides that she doesn't like you, you are fuc×Ed. She went out of her way to make sure that I got screwed over. Go here if you like being treated like a criminal.
