everything pretty smooth except once you check into the building you can’t step back out the main part for emergency or to check on your car. Until a whole another day has came sadly.

This establishment has significant potential to be a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. The building is fairly clean (approximately 8/10), and the food quality is good. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff has been consistently negative. Several staff members have been rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming in their interactions. At times, they appear dismissive and treat residents as though they are an inconvenience rather than individuals seeking assistance. There have also been instances where threats of removal were made when concerns were raised, which creates an intimidating and stressful environment. This is especially concerning given that many individuals come here during vulnerable moments and deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. Addressing staff conduct and communication would greatly improve the overall experience and help this facility reach its full potential.
