I used to donate to this mission and I'm kind of sorry i did, although the people were friendly, they refused to help my friend, he was homeless and needed help and was looking forward to their program, but because he had a stroke and had limited usage of his left arm and leg they would not help him.. What kind of mission for the homeless is that? My friend was not usually homeless, but like so many has had a run of bad luck.. i do NOT recommend this mission.. And to top all that off there is no admittance on weekends, so this mission is NOT a homeless shelter as advertised.. I'm extremely disappointed in this "shelter"!!!!!

If you ever want to go to an awesome soup kitchen and eat complimentary, this is the place! They run Monday thru Friday from 5p to 630p. What is really unique about this place is the diner/restaurant experience. You can make a reservation on their website, or they put you in the queue when you get there. They call your name and have you sit down at a table where a wait staff will take your drink/appetizer/meal order. There are usually 2 meal choices, and they offer dessert. The last bit of fun after is the espresso bar they have, where you can get 1 complimentary expresso/latte/americano. Me and my husband have been here quite a few times while traveling through. It's really awesome!

One of the nicest places that I've ever been that's accepts you if you serious about helping your self. The VA Dom had a requirement that you stay at the Medford Gospel Mission mium of 1 week before they allow you to be a resident at the VA. The different churches that showed up nightly, the sharing of the songs. with the meals were better than I ate in restaurants. brought back so many good memories, things may have change in the last 6 years, but I'll always fill a special filling towards MGM. Highly recommend to a person if your in that rut that you can't get out, give them a try,

We only go here to enjoy the return until they have e inside called The Main Ingredient and have to say absolutely wonderful! This is a place to come and have a lovely warm meal in an incredibly pleasant environment whether times are tough or you just want to go out to eat. The meals are free, there's always a choice of 2 entrées, salads, soups and desserts as well as an espresso bar! Highly recommend! Hit up their website to make a reservation and if you go a little later than the 5:00 start time there will be little to no wait.

This place is a leap ahead of the usual free meal mission's. You call ahead for actual reservations and are seated in a cafe area at tables as they are cleared. They bring salads breads and drinks and allow you to order which meal you prefer. The portions are always filling and always offer 2 entres of extra yummy foods are offered. And a nice dessert after the meal! Service is Great too!
