I desperately need my medicine filled badly since I been without it they're leaving me no choice but to do a three day intake. Makes no sense why I can't get in until two weeks later while their staff goes on vacation.

If I could rate this place negative five stars I would. They changed their phone system to where the main number goes to this hub at who knows where, and you end up waiting a half an hour to ask you what county you are trying to reach, only to immediately get an answering machine. Even if you leave a message they never get back to you. The BS pharmacy called Genoa at Helen Ross is the worst. Long wait times, not even aware they are out of certain meds, won't fill partials anymore, and they demand signatures on mailed out meds that half the time you never see your mailman. Garbage pharmacy - get your meds filled out elsewhere if you can.

Have nothing but the best to say about this center!!!! So accommodating for those who can’t make it due to a mobility issues so they set up telehealth! Thank you all for being so prompt and always willing to help anyway you can.
