Facilities are excellent, and easy to use. Very modern equipment, but very difficult to get in touch my assigned counselor. Left several messages. Probably the give-and-take you get with technology.

This is the best location I’ve been to. The people who work here are great. The woman I worked with Susan Lilley is awesome. She is so very knowledgeable, helpful, curious, and was very kind to the fact that I am worried about looking for a job.
