First time filing for unemployment. The shorter woman with glasses and long black curly hair at Masshire, was the rudest woman I have encountered at a workplace in a long time. She was negative right out of the gate. Why have a job like that, working with people when you clearly hate it? Avoid her! The gentleman that helped me afterwards was very nice.
