Waiting on response but I'm not happy. I was informed by Mrs Sue that our lights and water bills would be taken care of. We were behind almost 2 months due to me getting sick. We were assured the checks went out and that it would be fine. I just got the bill in today. As of tomorrow's date it will be 3 months behind. And over $100.00 in late fees.

Times are hard. If you need food or assistance paying a bill. This is the place to get help. Volunteering is also a place to help the community.

They are really nice people there. They seem to be extremely joyful. Baby helped me with food and utility bills. Don't know what I would have done if I hadn't have found. M.I. Lewis. God bless each and every member of their staff.

The case worker, the black lady . Is so disrespectful. Casts shame upon whom ever seeks help, because she is better than everyone because she has the power to deny needy folks. She needs to find a new job.

If you are in need, don't waste your time here. their client contract says you don't need to prove residency or show your Social security card. Those are the first two questions on the intake form. Also they want 3 Check stubs, if I had check stubs I'd be at the store buying food. We moved here two weeks ago from Oregon and have nothing, how am I supposed to receive check stubs with no address? and since I didn't have all the information for my wife they would only have helped me, & I could not return for a month. No alternatives were given to me. This place will only help you, if you can prove you don't need help. You are better off with a Sharpie and a piece of cardboard.
