I'm really frustrated. I had an appointment scheduled with my shrink for tomorrow and I just got a call from the facility saying that they needed to cancel it because I need to redo my paperwork! You wait until the day before an appointment and cancel it? I'm nearly out of my psych meds so it really pissed me off!!! If you can go anywhere else at all I would highly recommend it! I'm supposed to talk to my PCP about my meds but that's not until the end of the month. Maybe I just need to try to start weaning myself off!
