Lsc is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, rude, dishonest, unreliable, and selfish organization. I rented three apartments to refugees choosen by this organization in a good fate. They lacked training, professionalism, cleanliness, honesty, and etiquettes. They destroyed the apartments. Left it with bugs, bad odor, burned floors, destroyed carpets, damaged walls, malfunction hvac unit and referigerator, broken locks and windows. Replaced stove and referigerator 2-3 times and they still weren’t satisfied. The staff in this organization is super unprofessional and disorganized. They are full of drama and always trying to low ball you with the rent. Always asking for unnecessary modifications and finding unnecessary reason to cause problems. Beware and stay away from renting the apartment to this organization.

Quickly came to door to assist me with unloading donations

I would NOT recommend them if you’re looking to become a foster parent. They had us complete 40 hours of training and then required us to get a temperament test done on our dog. Our dog passed 100% of the test and they would not license us. We switched to a different agency and had a successful therapeutic placement. We then switched to another agency to do families foster care and have had a sibling set for a year now. Neither of these agencies expressed any concern with our dogs. All of the kids placed with us have bonded with our dogs. At the time it was devastating to be denied and told “you can’t always get your way”…excuse me?, but now I thank God we have had a great experience with two other agencies that have been supportive, transparent, and professional.
