About This Service
This is an example page. It's different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Contacted the Texas Bar to report poor representation! Chris Demerson license #24066913Charming lawyer but his ego lost the case! Inexperienced & vanishing after court ruling against me! Never heard from this man who promised to help me, no matter the verdict. He let the prosecutor pick a jury NOT of my piers. After I told him not to do a jury trial! I supplied 10 pages of evidence and he never entered one! Spent the first few minutes advertising Lone Star as a representative of the indigent ( pointing to me!) Not as I am, a retired nurse! INDIGENT ! As in one who cannot feed or clothe or find a home without assistance! Thanks for nothing! Lone Star called me after reading this review, David ( Chris’s supervisor who was in court!) Hasn’t returned my calls and I continue to be harassed by Terrace Pines! And my request for overpayment of rent, over $1,000 and my deposit was due me by 10/8/35. Of course no calls back about this either. For your faiths sake don’t put your lives in their hands. Ultimate betrayal!

I was blessed to have Brittany work on my divorce case with children, and she was an absolute godsend. I was a complete mess trying to handle things on my own, but after I applied, LoneStar reached out to me and I was granted an attorney within a short time—just in time for my emergency hearing. From the start, Brittany instantly resonated with me. She was kind, reassuring, and deeply committed to making sure my kids remained the priority. She was knowledgeable, articulate, and even while managing several other cases, she remembered every detail and poured her passion and energy into mine. She kept my expectations realistic, brought me peace in moments when I was afraid, handled my rambling emails with grace, and always made me feel heard and understood. At the emergency hearing, she took charge, deescalated an extremely tense situation, and ultimately saved my ex-husband and me from having to go through a full-blown court hearing that turned out to be unnecessary. She was my voice when I needed one, while also giving me the space to talk through the hardest moments along the way. In the end, with her guidance, we secured the stipulations needed to keep my kids safe, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you, Brittany, for your presence, validation, reassurance, for saving my case, and for giving me and my children peace and safety. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney to stand beside me through one of the most difficult chapters of my life.

So I was approved for my case everything was there they needed to proceed but if it’s not a guarantee win where they don’t have to actually do anything they won’t take it I tried multiple times and get told well we don’t have anyone available for it so we will have to pass or there isn’t enough time they’re supposed to be attorneys they can file a continuance but that involves doing something so they just pass on it also they won’t answer your calls or emails I don’t see how anyone can offer to help people in need agree it fits their criteria then just pass it up because it wouldn’t be quick and easy
