I called I heard the voicemail and the automated system saying press this number for this this number for that I pressed the number to apply for legal assistance as it required me to press and I heard a automated voice say goodbye and than hang up on me, I can't afford other attorneys so this is a serious concern of the publics to be able to apply for affordable way for a attorney which I was just denied. I'm forced to give it only a 1 star review at this moment ☹️

Don't even reach out the way they are supposed to. Can't even answer questions that they should be able to. Nothing is even ran the way it is supposed to be here

Ridiculous- closed local office to Covid. No way to get any help.

First they were helping me through my divorce and everything was going smoothly. We were just waiting on my husband to get served. The caseworker i was working with, Regina, told me to call her when he gets served and so I did call and I never got ahold of her after calling like 10 times. So i called without putting her extension and asked them can they please help me like what do i do now and how do i fill out the final decree and they said my case was closed. Im not sure why it is but the lady said she will have someone call me to figure it out. Never got the call. I called literally 17 times in july on 17 different days and she kept saying the same thing "someone should call you tomorrow" now im still going through my divorce because im not understanding how to do it when it should have been over last month. I hate this place.

I just received an email from Lone Star Legal Aide telling me after multiple attempts to reach me they can’t take my case. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to contact me and nothing. No call, no VM, no email. I have been looking everyday. I needed help. So they are blatantly lying, is the only thing I can come up with. Huge disappointment!
