Let’s start from my pregnancy, this doctors office LOST my bloodwork results and had to redo all of ny bloodwork pretty much throughout my entire pregnancy. Also, forgot to draw my personal labs in my 3 months appt. I saw a different OB every time I was there to the point where I ended up leaving this practice all together. However, when I had my baby.. we did not feel comfortable vaccinating so we came back. Once again new pediatrician every time I come here, the front desk receptionist is so beyond rude and disrespectful and unpleasant, we arrived 10 minutes past our appointment with a 4 month old and were turned away when the office goes on lunch after our appointment so that to me is pure laziness pure intention. This place is absolutely the worst. I have never felt so uneasy at a doctor in my life, to be 9 months pregnant and feel zero established relationship between you and your OB during your first pregnancy was DEVASTATING to me. Thank god for AdventHealth doctors and deliver center because I was treated amazing and with consistency. I do not recommend this doctor.

This doctor's office is entirely focused on making money. I was a patient there for five months and missed one appointment. Since I'm on Medicaid, they informed me that they couldn't bill me for the missed appointment. I called three days in advance, but they never answered the phone and hung up on me. When I spoke to the manager, she implied that I was lying by saying she has records of who is kept on hold. They keep you on hold for long periods, and there's no option to reschedule; their primary focus seems to be on billing or discontinuing care. They really don't care about their patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone, especially since they would discontinue service to someone who is five months pregnant and considered high-risk. They truly do not care about their patients at all. What's even more concerning is that multiple people have complained about the office not answering calls and keeping them on hold indefinitely, so I'm clearly not lying. It's a terrible place to go, and I regret choosing this office. I have since switched to Advent Health in Lutz. They not only have an app to schedule and reschedule appointments, but after each visit, the management comes in to ensure that everything went well. They also allow you to provide positive or negative feedback to address any issues.

I’ve been coming to LifeChoices for a few years now, and I love how warm and welcoming the environment is. I also appreciate the holistic approach they take with health care. The diet recommendations I received when I was first seen at this practice significantly improved my health. The staff are very kind and helpful. The doctor’s notes following the visits are always prompt and thorough. Dr. Giron has the sweetest disposition and is very kind, which are important qualities to me in a doctor! I’m grateful for the care I’ve received at LifeChoices, I have recommended this practice and will continue to. Glad to be a patient!
