Would give 0 stars if I could. My wife was getting her blood work done there it was a 35 dollar charge no problem I saw the doctor Angela asked her a quick question in the HALLWAY when I went to pay at the front desk she said I have to pay 150 since I spoke to the doctor. Horrible front desk lady , very rude and unprofessional.

I am so thankful my friend referred me to this practice. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. During your appointment the provider listens and addresses your concerns. They do not force you to do anything you aren’t comfortable with and take a more holistic approach if that’s what you feel your body needs. I TRUST everyone at this practice, so much so that my entire family will be seen by them.

I absolutely love LifeChoices Family Medical. I've been a patient with them since December of 2021. Prior to becoming a patient at LifeChoices I was under the impression that I had PCOS, and that it would be almost impossible for me to conceive, as that is what my prior doctor's office advised. I had been trying to conceive for 8 years! Well, after working with Angela and Robyn they confirmed that I do NOT have PCOS, and in February of 2022 I had my first positive pregnancy test in 8 years!!! In 2 short months they were able to help me achieve something that I had been trying to do for 8 years! That in itself is a blessing. Sadly, I experienced a miscarriage, but Angela and Robyn were able to give me something that I didn't have prior to becoming their patient, and that's hope. Not to mention they were so supportive, caring, and understanding. Not once did they make me feel as though I was alone in this process. The entire office staff sent me a card to let me know that I was in their thoughts. What other doctors office takes the time to send you a handwritten card to let you know that they're thinking of you? Honestly, if you're looking for a doctor's office that is going to look at you as a person, and not just another number this is the place to go!

This place is amazing! I've been coming here since I first found out I was pregnant. Robyn and Angela along with the entire staff are so sweet and knowledgeable! They truly make me feel so comfortable and relaxed as a first time mom! Definitely recommend :)

I have been a patient at Lifechoices medical for over 3 years. I started there for women's health, tradition all my health care there and now am getting my prenatal care. Every single person I have had the pleasure of working with as a patient have not only thorough listen to my concerns, but always provide me options and allow me to be part of my health. I have never felt spoke at, ignored or neglected. I feel comfortable voicing my concerns and know I will always get the best care and preventive measure when necessary. I have been so happy with my care as soon as they transitioned into a full family practice I had my husband transfer over here as well. I can't recommend this facility more.
