Terrible place that promises help, when you call, then never calls. Complete false hope. You can call every week and every week they tell you if you don't hear from someone, to call. But that’s all you end up doing, is calling and calling and calling... They shouldn't be listed as a DV help service.

Ari is extremely rude and difficult to deal with. She is also very disorganized. She is a reactive individual who claims to have worked at Lifespan for twenty years and is very aggressive, speaking to speak and not to listen.

Im shocked at some of the reviews here. This place really helped me get through an awful time in my life. Especially Kris! I had no issues with Kevin, and felt he represented me very well.
