Came here for an ultrasound because it was free and was lied to about how far along I was. Went to planned parenthood and was told i was at 11 weeks. Not 7 or 8. Do not come here if you still want to have a choice in your decision. People here are literally insane.

The staff is rude and inconsiderate here. The wait times are truly outrageous. I had an appointment for 1:30, and waited for over two hours. I have to drive over two hours to get here being that I live in South Carolina. People who showed up here after me were being called before me. Of course the excuse is that we’re all here for different things, but this happens EVERY TIME I come here. This process has been hard enough without the fact that my whole day is wasted. Why is our time not considered here? God forbid that you’re more than 15 minutes late; they’ll cancel your appointment, but I’m required to wait here for hours on end for a simple ultrasound. It just doesn’t make any sense to me, and the fact that the staff is rude and doesn’t communicate with you makes it ten times worse.

I came to Life Line 13 years ago when I was a teenager pregnant with my daughter and it was the first and only place that treated me like a pregnant woman instead of a teen mom. But not only did they make me feel seen they taught me so much. I felt like if I had any questions I could always call them and I was reassured now I am pregnant again at 32 years old and when I went there to do the first ultrasound that is where they found out that I am actually pregnant with twins, and I could not be happier That I found out at Life Line! They check on me they make sure everything is OK. I have called them with some scary questions because I could not reach my own OB/GYN And not only that they respond so quickly, but they reassured me and checked up on me afterwards I could not recommend this place more. I love everybody there they even remembered me from when I was 18! This whole program is just Extraordinary!
