They aren’t good I was told I was approved for in free attorney and that I would have one for my case and when my case came up no one contact me and now I have another court date and the intake lady called me and she was very rude with me telling me that she didn’t say what she said to me . So now I have no one to help me with my case. I think BBB need to be contacted ASAP

You can't even get through to somebody. It automatically hangs up on you cuz they have a high call volume. I don't know how they can have a high call volume and not answer the phone for anybody

got bad legal advice from them as the defense to use in an eviction, told so day before the court appearance, too late to do anything. they also recommended a negotiated voluntary leave, which is great for no eviction on record, but also means i can’t ask for emergency moving assistance. so i end up homeless. not impressive.
