They put me on hold for over an hr. Then the girl said sorry nothing we can do. NO JOKE. IT FELT HUMILIATING BECAUSE OF HER REACTION TO THE WAY SHE SAID "WE CANT HELP" horrible feeling. IM Giving this to God! Hopefully someone can help me with my situation...

I would love to speak to the top guy who is in charge of this. They quite literally help with nothing and their intake receptionist is straight up abusive and unprofessional. The list of things they dont help with is longer than the list of things they do help with. This whole office is a waste of space and gives poor people no chance at getting legal help.
