Legal Aid of the Bluegrass

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kentucky Legal Aid of the Bluegrass. I trusted them to represent me in my bankruptcy case, but they dropped me as a client without offering any alternative help. Their abandonment of my case has caused me unnecessary stress and confusion. A lawyer's responsibility is to support and advocate for their clients, especially in complex matters like bankruptcy, and I feel completely let down by their lack of professionalism and care.

They got an illegal eviction thrown out for us and it took literally 1 minute in front of the judge. It went exactly as our attorney said it would go and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, professional, and quick to find a resolution. I was VERY impressed with them and couldn't thank them enough!

Only reason I was sent to the Morehead clinic, is that it is based on your residential address. Went to a divorce clinic to get help with filing recently. Told me prior to leaving, that I had everything signed that needed to be signed. Got a call this afternoon, telling me that I had 1 more signature required to get it going. Told them, forget it. I'm not driving from Lexington just to sign a piece of paper. Totally wasted my time going. The staff don't don't know what their doing.
