Had a very great experience the lady on the phone was very nice. I wish I remember her name gave me a lot of advice. I hope they take my case on.

Everyone refers to this place as if they’ll help lower income families. But what I learned is you apply, you get a consultation, then you’re told “we have so many people to help and didn’t choose your case. Good luck though!” They’ll leave a domestic violence victim fighting for her kids safety hung out to dry without a second thought. I can’t speak as to how their lawyers are because even if you qualify… they’re likely to not help anyway.

Everything is small in Texas. Legal Aid of Northwest Texas needs serious improvement. Lot They should consider hiring experienced attorneys and skilled legal secretaries rather than relying on non-qualified staff such as lawyers and secretaries who cannot dissects nor organize any case through evidence that’s presented to them. Clients deserve real legal representation and proper administrative support. My experience left me disappointed and questioning their professionalism.( concrete proof)
