I call there last week to get help with my benefits. The person told me that I have to call another lawyer first before they would be able to help. I did that and they changed the rules to contact 2 private attorneys before they could help. They said their policy changes every day. Now they are saying they don't help with Social security at all. The strange thing is that they helped me with my social security before.

I wanted one the phone for a pretty long time and when it was finally time for my turn. There was no one there to take my call. Almost seems like a scam. What the joke on me I guess but iam not laughing. I just needed to talk to an actual per s on about power of attorney papers. Looks like my husband would probably be dead before I can get them.

They care. As a senior with disabilities and a myriad of issues regarding a residential lease, not knowing where to turn- they reached out to me immediately. Attorney Bill Gardner was assigned to my case. It was a tremendous relief that there is an agency to represent you and guide you through a stressful situation. Bill was communicative, personable and knowledgeable as he helped to navigate the treacherous landscape of unscrupulous landlords. Grateful they exist. Thank you, Bill.
