Horrible and rude service, inept. Have no idea what they’re doing.

If they offer help with a bankruptcy, run the other direction. The lawyer will say "don't make the next payment because we'll file before any judgment will happen". Then if you get a decent job while they screw around for 2 months beyond the promised time frame in which they said they would file, you'll find yourself no longer eligible because apparently you're supposed to stay unemployed and broke while they decide how they are going to get out of their own damn way and actually help you. Save money and get a real bankruptcy lawyer or pay the creditors $20 a month into perpetuity.
