Perry takes so much pride in her job and it shows in every detail. Her passion to help others is unmatchable and should not go unnoticed. My experience with Legal Aid was extremely disappointing. The staff was unresponsive, often taking days or even weeks to return calls—if they responded at all. I felt rushed and dismissed during the rare times I did get to speak with someone. They seemed more interested in moving cases off their desk than actually helping. If you’re looking for real guidance and timely support, I would not recommend relying on Legal Aid.
