During my call, the woman verified that I am eligible and then told me that they won't help because no attorneys are available until August and they "don't want to be liable for making me wait". When confirming I'm willing to wait and asking if she can schedule me to speak with an attorney once one is available, she became short with me and said that they can't help me, and that I should try somewhere else. Why even schedule a call with me just to tell me no one is available? Waste of time and a terrible experience overall.

They wasted my time on an issue to do with a medical appeal since February. Now today after wasting months of my time, they told me they cannot help me. I am a lawyer myself, but having some serious medical issues. They should have told me right away they couldn’t help me. I now cannot find another attorney and I had called a million private attorneys before contacting them who don’t deal with my issue. They are one of the only organizations in Chicago and will refuse to help you. All their attorneys are recently licensed and clueless. The lady investigating my case Sarah Pitre was an attorney just licensed in 2024 who hung up the phone on me. These are the "professional" people they have taking your health care issues and other issues into their hands. The manager is also a jerk who doesn't care at all. The lady who answers the phones is extremely rude too. I WOULD NEVER HANG UP ON A CLIENT ESPECIALLY A SICK PERSON EVEN IF THEY WERE UPSET. I DID NOT SWEAR. ALL I SAID WAS THAT THIS ORGANIZATION ONLY CARE ABOUT THE UNDOCUMENTED AS THEY GET FUNDING. ITS THE TRUTH!
