Be careful if you’re queer and seeking their services. They’ve been known to misgender and deadname people ie Hugh “Trey” Daly III. As soon as I spoke up about it, went to his higher ups, Benna Crawford and Teresa Sullivan, they rushed to close my case and when I asked multiple times for access to my file they would not comply. Basically as the status goes, they could give me copies of my case file and notes but they’re choosing not to. Wonder why if nothing wrong was done…Especially with how the political climate is these days just want people to be aware and safe. Please avoid these key people at all costs. They with bully you and then dump you without any help.
