I called to schedule a new client appointment and the woman I spoke with on the phone, Kathy was an absolute delight! She was so friendly, warm, personable and she even made me laugh a little which made finding a new therapist a lot less stressful. I think it’s rare these days finding someone who is so pleasant on the phone, but Kathy was a real gem! Thank you.

Carolyn is the absolute best! Our marriage has changed and matured so much in just 1 year! I also have grown so much as a person and life doesn't seem so heavy, with the support and guidance of the counselor.

The appointments themselves are fine, but my issues started with my counselor canceling a lot (5 times) over my visitations with no payment. But the couple of times I had to reschedule, I got charged $75. I will not be going back due to principles. I can’t entirely agree with the way they do business and I'm in operations. Office staff causes stress as they don’t answer the phone. I feel the object of a counselor is to decrease stress, but LifeWorks causes me anxiety. Your time isn’t as crucial as the counselor's. I advise going somewhere else.

I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered the phone seemed aggravated and stressed out. I called back again and just told her to schedule me with the only counselor they had who was excepting new clients… then she paused and hung up in my face. As she hung up she goes “hmm that’s weird”. Girl bye you heard me on the phone. Don’t waste your time. If the staff needs therapy and is stressed out, that’s a red flag!

My Doctor recommended this place for me. I have called several times, they didn't answer or return my calls for a while. When I finally got in touch with them, they were very accommodating. The woman I talked to was very kind and helped me find the right counselor for my needs. Edit: These people are a joke. They would cancel my appointment with out telling me and schedule other people, so I would show up after working a 14 hours shift just to have them go "oopsie!" and I would have to drive all the way back home. The counselors are a joke. Mine barely listened to me and gave no method to actually cope and heal from my situations.
