I’m with everyone else when I say that they never answer the phones or respond to emails. So far I have only received one email from the recruiter saying that he was going to check with the client to see if there has been any updates and I haven’t heard anything back since then. I’ve provided all the documents that they needed and have yet to get a response. There’s a response to the reviews saying how they are going to get with management over the branch but from the looks of the reviews nothing is being done. So unprofessional. You’re supposed to be helping people to get jobs not hindering them and wasting time.

I’ve NEVER heard of a temp agency that never answers their phones. I too have been calling for days and NO one answers at all. If it was possible to give no stars I surely would. This is very unprofessional. Shouldn’t no one have to go thru something like this especially when you have applied and trying to check the status of your application. It makes me think are they even legit…!!! Or are they just stealing people personal information??? We will never know.

Been waiting on the status of a background check so I can get a start date for several days now. Update: It has now been almost 3 weeks and about a dozen e-mails with no real answers. Having issues getting Elante Stiles to contact me with a status update. Just tells you that they will reach out and get back to you then completely ghosts you. Robert if you see this and get desperate I'd recommend Staff Force, talk to Jorge. He set me up with a warehouse position making $15 within 24 hours.
