Speedy service and the last time I was there I had a very nice lady help me I think her name was Fabiola not sure very pretty but she was able to help me out an very knowledgeable. Unlike the last time I was there with a very rude person at the window an wouldn't even give her name

Unfortunately I have known this place for decades off and on and I can tell you that now? It is cleaner, faster, and more efficient. Just DON'T get there with the morning crush. I ALWAYS go at the end of the day whenever I have to go.

Accompanied my brother during these times of hardship, we wish he didn’t have to but unfortunately found ourselves at this DPSS office. He applied online and received an email about his appointment at 8am. (expect a line so get there early) 8am the doors opened, like any government office there’s security and screening of items before entering, it is common sense to not have any lighters, or anything that can poke personnel, not sure why many people are mad at this fact, this is normal procedure. We got to the window and stated we had an appointment, the person attending at the window was very patient and polite. We were told to take a seat and wait to be called. Did not take long before they called him in to be interviewed. Everything was smooth and fast. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a lot going on but what do you expect ? Is people who need help and that’s why they are there. (Just like you are) I can imagine how stressful it can get for the staff however they treated us nicely. Please be kind to staff, and open minded about anyone’s who you may encounter condition at this place.
