regus restoral fee hidden fee is the restoral fee which charges six plus dollars for every square foot of your room. very shady billing practices and non existent customer care. all things are pushed back on the community management team at the local facility. but the problem is that the local community does not make the decisions. first issue, i requested for early access to my office. my sales/consultant confirmed i can gain access early “after verification with leadership”. hindsight i should have know things can only move so fast. i show up and there is no key to my office because the last tenant did not return the key. second issue. the entire floor lost access to its ability to access the office areas. Physical key works but badging did not. Third issue. Hidden fees. first hidden fee is the amenities fee which pops onto an invoice without setting expectations. A setting must be changed in your regus profile to remove the amenities fee. second hidden fee is the restoral fee which charges six dollars for every square foot of your room. So that nice office with the view is 15*15. After you move out or transfer, you are paying $6 times 15 times 15 is $1,350 on your move out month. The excuse for charging this ridiculous scam restoral fee is because they say the office was made nice for me to move in. Guess what smart guys, if it was not nice i would not have moved in which makes it your cost for doing business not mine. You have to flip that room like any other business owner. Not transfer the cost to me so that the next guy gets a nice room and then you force the next tenant to pay it forward. RIDICULOUS!!! I filed several tickets and submitted an inquiry to community team to have the restoral service fee removed a week ago. Not a word for over a week!! Now i have a $500 bill on my move out month, after paying first and last month rent upon moving in. SCAM!!!!!!!! i want the charge removed or credited back.
