Can you even imagine how hard it is to police this wild madhouse that we call Killeen!? Yes, we have some good folks, hey, it's my hometown. But it's crazy out there, and I imagine it takes so much effort to keep things under control. I respect all that KPD does and appreciate all of their hard work. Showed up at my front door at 10pm for a small code violation. Attitude was combative. Luckily I’m chill and don’t give that any attention. I also have cameras that caught it all. Still though…don’t go knocking on people’s doors at 10pm for a code violation. He woke my kids up.

The point of contact numbers listed on the website is worthless and it seems it hasn't been updated. I tried emailing the Killeen PD for assistance but the emails do not work. I received two failure ti send messages on two police officers emails. The helpdesk is not helpful and when they direct you to somebody the phone keeps ringing. I would not even rely on KPD.
