This place is so terrible.
The staff is horribly unprofessional- they literally with hold services from people with different religious beliefs. I do a fair amount of volunteer work with a facility in the area and the amount of PTSD I have seen in several of our clients because of their treatment here is utterly heart breaking.
Kalamazoo needs to do better- this isn’t it.

Hello
“Hello?”
Is this the gospel ministries?
“—- some people taking in the back ground making it hard to hear— (confirmed it was do not remember if they said yes or yeah)”
Are you still doing showers?
“Are you one of our men or woman?”
Um ???? I’m a girl.
“…”
So do you have showers?
“ you take a shower before bed. “
I do not want to sleep there.
“You have to live here to shower.”
I am not staying there I just need to shower. I have a dog how would I do that?
“Give up! Bye!”
I can’t even make this up.
Another place in Kalamazoo that pretend/ have a mission to want to/ help people, but do this instead. And people will also read this message and just not even care. This is the real reason why nothing ever changes. Nobody is ever held accountable, and businesses/ nonprofits being corrupted.
- note I only called the number posted on google and I have no idea who I was speaking to, but they represent the gospel ministries and that is heart breakingly sad.

Not sure who these people are but they constantly harass a friend of mine by using his email to "thank" other people with the same last name. Even when told to stop they keep going. He is getting his lawyer involved to put a stop to this and find out how they got his email as he has NEVER had any contact with these people.

If you guys are trying to help the homeless. Help them find stability where they aren’t spending months to a year in the shelter. The donations aren’t all that serious because people will donate regardless. Help people find a home. Help people find security. I stayed here when I was 17. I’m 23 now. Why am I seeing the same people who lived here before?

My mother was attacked by her dorm mate and the staff have done nothing about it. There should be a zero tolerance policy if they are such a good, so-called "Christian" ministry.
