About This Service
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) offers comprehensive humanitarian aid to people affected by conflict and disaster across the United States and in over 40 countries. In the United States, the IRC offers services to refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, and other immigrants, helping them to integrate into their new communities and become self-reliant. The IRC walks alongside newcomers, providing support with housing, healthcare, employment, language skills, and education. In addition to aiding refugees, the IRC provides vital support to communities affected by conflict and disaster around the world, delivering health and nutrition services, child protection, livelihood assistance, and WASH programs. The IRC works to ensure that families and individuals affected by crisis have access to the resources and aid they need for survival and recovery.
