Don't waste your time making such a long trip; this doesn't work anymore. Let me tell you my story. My wife and I went all the way to Abilene. She was seven months pregnant, and anyone who's been pregnant knows that a nearly four-hour trip is very difficult. In the end, three hours there and three hours back adds up to six hours. Anyway, when we arrived in Abilene, a very kind gentleman told us to wait until the baby was born to apply as a family. We left without resolving anything, and the trip was a waste. My daughter was born, and we went back to Abilene with the newborn. We managed to apply, very excited, because you know, help for a newborn is good. To make a long story short, I didn't even get a "good morning" from Abilene. So, the point that bothers me is that if they're going to help, they should really help. If they're not going to help us, they should just say so. Don't make us make such a long trip, fill out paperwork, and then have it all be for nothing. It's a lie, and they even give us a... Phone number for us to call and they never answer (ever) please be more serious
