Left my wife and 5 kids ages 11 , 9 , 7 , 1 , 2months out in the streets it was raining and cold due to an altercation where she finally defended herself, and she had complaints that they never took it down, which she has proof on her phone, but they don’t wanna listen to her. They don’t care and she’s been following all the rules despite the kids having little incidents that she was working on fixing kids our kids not every kid is perfect and they still had a problem with it. They allow bullying this facility. Ain’t no 17 year-old boy going to bullied my nine-year-old son and y’all not do nothing about it this place is full of rats and Bedbugs unfortunately, people stay here because they really don’t have anywhere else to go

I’ve gotten into my first altercation with someone in the shelter who was nonstop bullying me and my kids always will talk about me and my kids and because she was 6 foot five or eight way bigger than me and I’m only 410. She thought that it was OK for her to continue talking and continue to bully me and my kids then having her 17-year-old son talk to my son in your way when he’s only nine I have reported it and nobody took that report but as soon as I sat there and stood my ground and decided to defend myself I got kicked out of the street now me and my kids with a two month old all have the flu. They didn’t give me a warning they didn’t give me anything. They don’t even help with rapid rehousing or anything, and they give whoever they want more months paid because of the same girl that I was arguing with has eight months of rent paid, but they was only offering me three months and she gets three SSI checks and she works displace it favors people and they will constantly pick at you be careful because everybody is snakes and even after I’m gone, they called Dcf and so-called raised a concern about my postpartum depression, even after I left trying to mess with me, which is not fair also, they are very stingy when it comes to donations that are donated to them, per se, diapers and wipes. They only give parents one pack of diapers and one pack of wipes. They fired one of the best workers there because she was the one who was helping out the most what’s her name was Miss Roof they don’t even have enough girls to cover the parenting classes and now ms. Ana Laura. Also will not be working doing parenting classes, but she works with a different company. You have to cancel harass them for actual help. It’s so many people that left the shelter with in reality no help or left to another shelter. And if you don’t speak English, I advise you not even taken to the shelter because they would not help you for anything in the world they would claim they helping you, but they would not. I did everything on my own the food stamps, the cash assistance the job even the school and everything I did it on my own with no help. It’s just a joke.
