Tabitha, Shelby, and Mrs. Mandel go above and beyond to assist my family and help us be successful.

I have been seeing Ms Joanne for the last few months for medication. Since I have been a patient I have never once had any response to any messages left for Joanne or sent via email. More recently I have had to call for a week straight and speak with Tabetha, who in my opinion did somewhat of what she actually could do, and another rep who was very rude and at one point sent me to a none working vm and then sent all further calls directly to vm. I have emailed and called for over a week trying to get a refill for meds sent and paperwork filled out for another doctor of mine. I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional especially in the field of work they are in. I would not suggest or recommend anyone willingly use Inner Wisdom.
