They never have anyone to help with anything, this place is a waste of time. The mayor should just close them down

From when I was 17 to 27, I received 9 traffic infractions and a DUI, in no particular order. I was young and arrogant, and it ruined my life (i.e. HTV - LIFE). But 18 years later, pro bono and without prejudice, ILS paved my way for a better tomorrow. From initial reach out to fetters falling was about 6 months, and it was the best decision I ever made.
