I have applied a few times for different issues but they have always been overloaded and could not help me. I'm awaiting a response now. If it wasn't of utmost importance I wouldn't ask for there help so I would suggest they get more attorneys to help with the workloads

They did assist me with a family court matter that I didn't get resolved at all..they beat me down in court and I ask for them to extend the court date to gather information bc we hadn't talked or formally met. There was a lot to My case they needed before that day. I would want her as a lawyer again but I wish this would have been different and to my knowledge they don't assist criminal charges ..?! Crazy when that's the people that need alot of help, when you been accused and you didn't commit the crime and you lwo income you need someone on your side ...so that's very disappointing to me

I really can't figure out what they actually help with. I've gone completely through their application process multiple times and never get any help. They send other resources to try, which I've usually already tried. And I always get told they can't help my situation. So I can't figure out exactly what kinds of situations they actually help with because I've tried getting help for many situations. It's really sad people who are struggling can't even get help from programs that are claiming to help struggling people.. the oppressed are forced to remain oppressed and have no help standing up for themselves or their families.

I have to give credit to mrs.conrad shes a absolutely amazing atturney never have to ask her whats going on because she keeps in touch and does exactly what she says i wish she did civil cases because id hire her to sue thortons and cps in ohio hands down best service ive received

Update they were helping him with his unemployment and then he went away for 6 months came back and they said they weren’t helping anyone with unemployment anymore even though they were helping him right before he left and my issue was the unemployment office owed him thousands of dollars and because he didn’t get any help the unemployment office says he owes a few hundred. Forget about the appeal that we waited for almost a year to talk to a judge but the it was so soon after he left the judge calls and he didn’t get to get the thousands they owed him. I don’t understand how that works or is possible and again if we had there continuous help we would understand what was going on and be able to keep the appeal going becytbey would be representing him.
